+++ TERMS OF SERVICE +++--- PAYMENT METHODS ---Paying on Ko-Fi (PayPal/Cards)
VGEN (Credit Cards)--- PAYMENT RULES ---All payment methods need to work with the platforms stated.Please inform yourself about special issues that my arise from conversions.Customer will send a 100% upfront payment to honor the artist's hard work.The artist will always try to deliver a product that is to the customer's liking.No refunds unless I am unable to continue; e.g. sickness.+ Customer must pay 100% upfront payment before proceeding +--- PROCESS 2D Art ---Discussion phase : The customer provides references and descriptions of what they want.Sketch phase : Customer can tell the artist about something they forgot / need changed.Coloring phase : Turnaround time will be decided based on artist's work queue (e.g. 2 weeks).The final artwork is sent.--- PROCESS VTUBER ---Discussion phase : The customer explains what model will be used for and gives character sheet.Production Phase: Model will be done in one month (can be faster/slower depending on queue)VRM file / VSF file is sent.(VROID file feature + 50% of price, if really necessary)--- CONDITIONS ---I am under no obligation to accept requests that are unreasonable or only try to hurt the artist.If the client does not reply multiple days of reaching out, the commission will be terminated. I will prioritize a week slot chosen by the client; each week will be dedicated to that specific client's commission only; repeated failure to cooperate with set time slot will result in delay or cancellation of the commission. Each client can only commission one vroid model and one extra outfit/hair preset per month. Vroid clients may use the model commercially; the Client may not, however, under any circumstance, resell the model in any way. The client may not use any art for NFT, AI or similiar training. Breaching the contract might lead to a law suit. Claiming the art/model as your creation is not allowed. The artist may use all art to advertise for the artist's website / services. This includes social media or e.g. YouTube to show people the benefit of the commissions. Upon commissioning, the client agrees to the artist's TOS even if they pretend not to have read it.I create your original humanoid anime-like vtuber character!

Additional prices for complexity will be discussed with customer. Depends on character and whether there is a lot more to do than e.g. hair/shirt + skirt/pants.Models are widely usable for all VTUBING software as VSeeFace, VNyan, VWorld, Warudo, even Game Engines.
